I have never seen anything like this - what a unique ring. It's such a neat combination of two special lake treasures - the glass and the Petoskey stone. While I have been to Michigan and have found plenty of beach glass all over the US, I have not been to Petoskey and I have not found any stones. I have read all about them, though, and when I do find my own, I'll already have the perfect memento.

The “Idgie” Ring Inspired by one of my favorite movies, “Fried Green Tomatoes”

WatersMagic is an artisan jewelry line created in 2012 by self-taught metalsmith, Leigha Barth. Leigha is native to the Great Lakes, born and raised in a small, port-town located in Northern Michigan. With Lake Huron in her backyard, it was only natural for her to grow with a special love and appreciation for the beach. It was at a young age she became an avid beachcomber and collector of beach glass, aka "sea glass", which became the sole inspiration for WatersMagic.
